Gem City Apron partnered with our favorite local coffee roaster, Deeper Roots, to bring you this small-batch, triple upcycled apron. Made from the large coffee bags that Deeper Roots’ grower Finca San Jeronimo Miramar exports their beans in, these exclusive aprons are durable and feature three distinct patterns. By partnering with Deeper Roots, we have found a new use for these awesome bags. GCA loves slow fashion! It will take approximately 6-12 weeks to complete your order.

It’s In the Bag

The New Denim Project produces coffee bags from a premium natural fiber made from upcycled denim and textile excess. Their circular manufacturing process is chemical-free, dye-free, and uses minimal water and energy.  The result is a bag that is easier for San Jeronimo’s farmers and warehouse workers to handle. Because the bags are made from denim, they are incredibly durable and perfect for an apron.
